The objectives of site initiation visit are to review the facilities, the resources of the study site and the materials needed for the study before the project begins. The initiation of a site can sometimes occur at an investigators’ meeting. During a site initiation visit, we will spend a great deal of time training on or reviewing the study protocol design and answering questions from the site personnel. Discussions of the Investigator’s responsibilities by CRO will be held to confirm there is agreement and understanding for all steps required for the conduct of the study.
